Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom only.

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

 

If you’re not home when the shipment arrives, the shipment will be delivered to an appropriate location near you and you will receive instructions on how to retrieve your shipment in an email or SMS.

 

We offer free shipping on all plans except the Light plan where shipping costs £5 per shipment.

 

Yes. By default, the shipping address will be the same as the billing address, but you can easily change that during checkout. This is particularly useful if you want to send a gift to someone you care about.

 

We are shipping from our warehouse in Germany.

Returns

You can return your product within 14 days of confirmed delivery. The product must be unopened. Simply contact us if you wish to return your product and we will provide you with the shipping instructions and the return address.

Once we have received your product and it has been inspected, you will receive a refund to the same payment method used to make the order. If we determine that the product has been used, which makes it impossible for us to sell again, we will email you.

Product Support

Taking Provitura is very easy. We have a thorough explanation on how to take our product other product-related questions in our guide.

We offer different plans with different concentrations of CBD. The plan that you should choose depends on your weight and the desired strength you need. For beginners, we recommend that you start with a lower plan and then upgrade to one of the higher plans later on if needed. For a plan recommendation, you can try our CBD oil dosage calculator.

We would like you to have a good experience using Provitura, which is why we offer all our products on a subscription plan so you don’t have to worry about ordering schedules again. You can cancel your subscription at any time after ordering.

Subscription

You can view your current and all past subscriptions on the My Account page. Click on “Subscriptions” and then click on the “View” button next to your subscription. Here, you can all the details about your subscription.

If you would like to change your subscription plan (for example to a lighter or stronger plan), you need to go to the My Account page and find your subscription. When viewing your subscription, click on the “Change Plan” button and follow the instructions. You won’t be charged immediately, only when your next subscription cycle is due.

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us or by visiting the My Account page, find your subscription and click on the Cancel button. If you would like to try Provitura only once and do not want to commit to a subscription, you can simply cancel your subscription after ordering.

You will receive a shipment every 30 days as each container contains enough capsules for 30 days of recommended use, which is 60 capsules.

Yes, you can easily change both the shipping address and billing address on the My Account page or by contacting us.

Yes, you can easily change the payment method on the My Account page. You may need to authorize the new payment method due to security reasons.

Yes, you will receive an email for each shipment with an invoice attached to it.

Orders

You can view your order status on the My Account page.

Your order will be marked as “On hold” until it has been sent from our warehouse. Simply contact us as soon as possible if your order status is on hold and you would like to cancel your order.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

A PDF invoice is sent for each order to your email address. You can also view all invoices in the My Account page.
